| چکیده | ||
| هدف: دوران دانشجویی یکی از مراحل پرتنش و چالشبرانگیز زندگی است که با تغییرات متعدد در زمینههای تحصیلی، اجتماعی و فردی همراه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و تنظیم هیجان در رابطه طرحوارههای مثبت فرزندپروری و بهزیستی روانشناختی در دانشجویان انجام شد. روش: این مطالعه به روش توصیفی - همبستگی و با طرح مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد نیشابور در نیمه دوم سال ۱۴۰۲ بود که از میان آنها ۲۵۰ نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل بوند و همکاران (2011)، پرسشنامه طرحواره مثبت فرزندپروری یانگ (2003)، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989) و پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان گراس و جان (2003) بود. برای تحلیل دادهها، آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و همبستگی پیرسون) با نرمافزار SPSS-26 و آزمون مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با نرمافزار AMOS-24 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر طرحوارههای مثبت فرزندپروری بر تنظیم هیجان (0.44=r)، انعطافپذیری روانشناختی (0.33=r) بهزیستی روانشناختی (0.25=r)، اثر تنظیم هیجان بر بهزیستی روانشناختی (0.17=r) و اثر انعطافپذیری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی (0.32=r) معنادار است (0.001>p). همچنین تنظیم هیجان (0.07=r) و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی (0.10=r) در رابطه طرحوارههای فرزندپروری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی نقش میانجی را داشتند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای این پژوهش، طرحوارههای مثبت فرزندپروری میتوانند از طریق ارتقا انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و مهارتهای تنظیم هیجان، به بهبود بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان کمک کنند و بستر رشد روانی و اجتماعی آنها را فراهم سازند. | ||
