چکیده | ||
بهمنظور بررسی برخی ویژگیهای ارقام انگور تحت تنش شوری و اسیدسالیسیلیک، آزمایشی در گلخانه مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی اراک بهصورت اسپلیت اسپلیت پلات (پلات اصلی شامل شوری در چهار سطح (صفر، 30، 60 و 90 میلیمولار نمک کلرید سدیم)، پلات فرعی شامل محلولپاشی برگی اسیدسالیسیلیک در سه سطح (صفر، 150 و 300 میلیگرم بر لیتر) و پلات فرعی فرعی شامل چهار رقم انگور (بیدانه سفید، لعل سیاه، شیرازی و صاحبی) در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش تنش شوری، سطح و تعداد برگ، میزان رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی و تراکم روزنه در برگ ارقام مورد بررسی (بیدانه سفید، لعل سیاه، شیرازی و صاحبی) کاهش معنیداری نشان داد. همچنین، در سطح 90 میلیمولار تنش در رقم بیدانه، کمترین میزان محتوای نسبی آب (23 درصد) و عنصر پتاسیم در برگ (6/23 درصد) بود و میزان نشت یونی (1/35 درصد)، محتوای عنصر سدیم (2/20 درصد) و نسبت سدیم/پتاسیم در برگ (12/22 درصد) در این تیمار افزایش نشان داد. در مقابل، کاربرد اسیدسالیسیلیک در سطوح تنش شوری، موجب کاهش اثرات تنش گردید و تیمار اسیدسالیسیلیک 300 میلیگرم بر لیتر در رقم لعل، موجب کاهش 5/33 درصدی در محتوای عنصر سدیم برگ گردید و بیشترین میزان رنگیزههای کلروفیل a و کل نیز در همین غلظت ثبت شد. بهطورکلی مشاهده شد که غلظت 300 میلیگرم بر لیتر اسیدسالیسیلیک در شرایط تنش شوری موجب بهبود شرایط در ارقام انگور گردید و از نظر مقاومت ارقام نیز، رقم لعل دارای بیشترین مقاومت در برابر تنش شوری بود. | ||
