اثرکیفیت نور و سن نهال بر فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی و برخی ویژگیهای بیوشیمیایی در انگور یاقوتی تحت تنش شوری در گلخانه | ||

چکیده | ||
این مطالعه بهصورت یک آزمایش فاکتوریل با سه فاکتور بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتور اول کیفیت نور در پنج سطح: قرمزکامل، آبیکامل، ترکیب نورهای قرمز و آبی (70 و 30 و مساوی 50 درصد) بهصورت نوردهی در پایان روز و نور طبیعی گلخانه (شاهد)، فاکتور دوم هدایت الکتریکی محلول غذایی در چهار سطح: 1/67 (تیمار شاهد)، 3/63، 6/05 و 10/23 میلیزیمنس بر سانتیمتر و فاکتور سوم سن نهال در دو سطح دو و سه ساله بودند. نتایج نشان داد که کیفیت نور فعالیت آنزیمها را کاهش داد؛ اما در دیگر ویژگیهای بررسیشده همسو با تنش شوری تأثیر افزایشی داشت. بهطوریکه در تنش 10/23 میلیزیمنس بر سانتیمتر: ترکیب نورهای قرمز و آبی به نسبت مساوی و نور آبی کامل در افزایش و حفظ بیشتر آنتوسیانین مؤثر بودند. افزایش فنول و فلاونوئیدکل و فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز در تیمار نور آبیکامل مشاهده شد. نور قرمز و آبی (50 و 50 درصد) بیشترین و نور قرمز کامل کمترین تأثیر را در افزایش میزان پرولین و پروتئینهای محلول داشتند، درحالیکه نور قرمزکامل در افزایش میزان کربوهیدراتهای محلول، فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز و سوپراکسیددیسموتاز بیشترین تأثیر را نشان داد. محتوی همه شاخصها بهجزء آنتوسیانین در نهالهای دوساله بیشتر از آنها در نهالهای سهساله مشاهده شد. با توجهبه نتایج، استفاده از ترکیب نورهای قرمز و آبی در بهبود کیفیت رشد انگور رقم یاقوتی تحت شرایط شوری درگلخانه مؤثرتر از نورهای تکرنگ بود و همچنین ویژگیهای کمّی و کیفی شاخصهای مختلف را ارتقاء دادند که در نهایت به تحمل نهالهای انگور در مقابل تنش شوری منجر شد. | ||
