چکیده | ||
هدف: یکی از دلایل عمده ارجاع کودکان و نوجوانان به کلینیکهای خدمات مشاوره و روانشناختی، اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهجویانه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی هیجانی بر راهبردهای خودمهارگری در دانشآموزان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهجویانه انجام شده است. روش: مطالعه حاضر، مطالعه تک آزمودنی از نوع ABAمیباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش نیز شامل تمام دانشآموزان مدارس متوسطه اول شهرستان دالاهو در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 بود. 6 دانشآموز با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و با رعایت کامل ملاحظات اخلاقی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل؛ مصاحبه بالینی نیمه ساختار یافته بر مبنای DSM-5، مقیاس درجهبندی اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای و مقیاس خودمهارگری تانجی. سپس آزمودنیها 10 جلسه مداخله مبتنی بر طرحواره درمانی هیجانی لیهی را دریافت کردند و پس از جلسات چهارم، هفتم و دهم توسط ابزارهای پژوهش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیلهای آماری بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی هیجانی بر علائم خودمهارگری را در 6 مشارکتکننده نشان میدهد. مقادیر d کوهن در بازه 0.41 تا 0.80 قرار دارد و نشانگر اثرگذاری متوسط رو به بالاست. شاخصهای PEM، PND و PAND همه 1 بهدستآمده و مقدار مطلق RCI در تمام موارد بیشتر از 1 است. مجموع شاخصهای آماری نشانگر اثرگذاری بالا و با ثبات طرحواره درمانی هیجانی بر علائم خودمهارگری در هر 6 مشارکتکننده است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که دانشآموزان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهجویانه در حوزه راهبردهای خودمهارگری دچار مشکل هستند و طرحواره درمانی هیجانی بهعنوان یک رویکرد درمانی نوین میتواند در توانمندسازی و کاهش مشکلات آنها تأثیرگذار باشد. میتوان نتیجه گرفت طرحواره درمانی هیجانی بر راهبردهای خودمهارگری در دانشآموزان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله جویانه اثربخش است. | ||
